BY THE WAY THAT WAS MY LONGEST POST EVER!! YAY FOR ME!

I'm Back!!!!!

So i am Officially the worlds worst blogger! its been over a year since i have posted anything. But if it makes it any better i don't facebook, text of talk to people ever, so I'm just socially retarded all around. But as it happens I'm hanging out at my mommies house bored almost to death so I'll attempt to update all those people, who will never read this on what has happened over the last year. Here i go... We the Petrie's finally, after over 2 years of living with the in laws, got our own place, An adorable little, one bedroom duplex. its comfy and cozy, very close knit;). It currently houses, Anthony and myself, Charlie, Alice(our dog) and Louwee(our little kitty). We moved in the 1st of January 2009. Shortly after moving in my lifelong best friend, and now sister in law, moved next door. and they had there first little baby girl during the year. i know its pretty much every girls dream to have your best friend marry into the family become your actual sister and live next door with her adorable baby, few people are special enough to actually have it happen. Charlie turned 3 in may 09. He will be 4 this year which i cant believe is true. only 2 years until kindergarten. scary! He has grown up so much over the last year. the potty training this is resolved. Yay!!!!! We had a great summer, spent almost everyday outside and around town. lucky for us we live within walking distance of 2 parks, one being liberty, 2 grocery stores, and a couple of nice clothing store, restaurants and so forth. once the cold crept up on us the outside fun subsided a little but we still find fun inside and out. most of our inside time is spent playing Super Hero's! Charlie is currently The Real Batman. Anthony is The Real Superman and i am.... are you really for this... a Giant Whale with super powers!! hahahahaha! i have no idea where is came from, he just one day was asked what super hero he is and he went on to list all our alter egos and that's what he came up with for me. i admit i did a little more eating over the holidays than i should have but I'm not sure i deserve that one. Anyway this super hero this is a huge obsession! Everyday all the time its about super this of super that. for Halloween he was his own made up superhero Super C. And Andrew and I completed his super trio as Dweeb and Mighty Mamma. We had a great Thanksgiving and Christmas, the first Christmas with just us three in our own place, it was great. also the first Christmas where charlie got very excited about Santa and the whole thing which makes it magical all over again. Santa brought him a cute little kitty( Louwee the kitty) We had a great new year. we spent some time at a family party, charlie went to bed at 9, and Anthony and i watched TV. it was awesome.
Our year so far has been great. Anthony is in training to be a manager at Jamba Juice which means lots of smoothies for me=) not that i take advantage of that. otherwise my blood sugar would be through the roof. speaking of that i have finally been approved for an insulin pump. so exciting for me!!! not as exciting for all the people i try to talk to about it 24/7. but it should be here sometime next week. and then i will be shot free.
so that's all i have to say for now. i will try and follow my sisters foot steps and be a nerdy blogger. and Maybe one day i can be on facebook all day and then i may or may not be updating my twitter every 2 minutes. Until Later.

Christmas

We had a great christmas despite the fact that we still were not in our own place. we spent christmas eve with Anthonys family and went to the Hesses house and played out a hilarious nativy scene. its was pretty awesome. then spent christmas at My mommys and charlie loved the present opening, he didnt even care what was in them. he got some cool toys including marble works,and Thomas the train. we also got clothes, some movies and anthony got me a beautiful painting of Mother Mary and baby Jesus.

An update

so its been a while since i have posted a blog. life has been pretty uneventful and i have been pretty lazy. so ill make up for all that was missed in one blog.
well we have been waiting for our place to be ready to move into for a couple of months, thinking that every other week will be the one, so were thinking next weekend=). but when we get in there it will be worth it im sure.
Anthony passed his Insurance test!! yay! and so he is going to start working for new york life hard core in January. he is excited and nervous.
we recieved a new puppy last september i think. i cute little pit bull named Alice with temperment problems, doesnt that sound fun!? she is makeing progress though. we are not sure if she will be permantant though. if the oppertunity arizes for a better home we will take it just due to the fact that were not sure if we can trust her with charlie. she is very sweet and a good dog, just a little freaky.
in october charlie had a vary exciting halloween, he was a cow boy. He didnt care much for the costume but was thrilled about the candy! he had a huge candy binge and was off the hook for a week. He still talks about it and doesnt like the idea of having to wait to do it again.
then in november we had a nice thanks giving with Anthonys family. his step dad was there for the first time in years and it was nice.
I had my Birthday on dec 17 and it was a blast. there was lots of snow so we went sledding. charlie said he it was fun and still whines about going again but after his first time down the hill he was done. it was so freezing that Adam had ice hanging from his eye brows.we had lots of laughs and no one biffed it to bad. then we went and saw twilight. it was an alright movie, i do have the desire to become a directer though so that i can do it better. and i could.

Big Boy Undies

So we have entered the wonderful stage of potty training, isn't he getting so big. For all those who have not experienced this one yet, Beware! and for those who have, Help!
well i think he is actually doing pretty good but i don't have anything to compare it to since this is my first time also. he has the big boy undies as you can see, and he tells me when he has to use the potty, unless he is out side, or playing, or eating, or any other distracting thing, or if he has to do anything but pee, that's a fun one. Its going pretty good, I think especially for how young he is. i just don't know how do get him to not be so selective about when he will use the potty, we've even tried candy. well that's about the coolest news we have this week. Oh and Anthony is taking his test next Monday. So everybody say a prayer for him.

Bath Time

well I'm so boring i haven't posted anything, So these pics of Charlie are just so dang cute i had to share them with you all. I mean you can really see the resemblance he has to me here, cant you ?haha. This is how he has decided he has to take baths, when i can get him to do so.

A little about me

This is Tera. As of now im 19. Im married to Anthony the love of my life. We have 2 year old charlie who is so darn cute even when challenging. we live in East Millcreek with Anthonys Mother. hopefully very soon Anthonys career with new york life insurance will take off and we will be out on our own.
